Is COVID-19 affecting your delivery times?
Yes, COVID-19 is causing delays in delivery times. If you would like guaranteed delivery within a timeframe please select Express Post at checkout.

I have received part of my order, but not the complete order?

We use multiple fulfillment partners for delivery. Items will ship as they are ready by each partner. Please allow extra time for made to order items. Made to order items include Printing, Framed Prints and T-Shirts.

Where is my item?
We are striving to ship items in a timely manner. If you purchased with standard shipping, we have no tracking information for your order. If you would prefer tracking please use Express Post option at checkout, If you have received notification for shipping the item is on it's way to you. We have no control over the shipping delays with Australia Post or other shipping partners for Regular Post items.


Delivery

Prints and Framing
Photos are printed to-order with processing times within 2 business days. Prints that require framing are subject to 14 business days turnaround.

Calendars
Calendars, outside of pre-order are being shipping twice a week. Tuesday and Friday. Orders with Express Post selected at checkout before 2PM are shipped out same business day.

T-Shirts
T-Shirts are made to order. Processing times for standard T-Shirts are 4 business days and customised team name T-Shirts 7 business days.

Tea Towels
Tea Towels are shipped within 2 business days.
